Eligibility: Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to those who sign up at the sweepstakes page located at https://elitecooler.com and who are at minimum 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of Beam Distributing, Inc (the “Sponsor”) their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Beam Distributing, Inc, as final and binding as it relates to the content. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Sweepstakes Entry Period: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time (“ET”) on March 25, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2024 (the “Promotion Entry Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeper for this Promotion.

During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible entrants will receive one hundred (100) entries for every $1 spent on eligible purchases of Elitecooler.com product items made online at www.elitecooler.com (the “Website”). The number of entries you receive will be based on the list price of your eligible purchase (excludes discounts, sales tax, and shipping charges) and will be rounded down to the next $1 dollar increment. If a purchase is returned prior to the drawing, entry/ies associated with that purchase will be voided. Purchasers of gift cards will receive one hundred (100) entries for every $1 spent, based on the face value amount of the gift card purchased, e.g., a $50 gift card purchase will garner 5,000 entries. Purchases made using a gift card are not eligible to receive entries; however, a purchase that exceeds the gift card value will be eligible to receive entries based on the balance due after the gift card is applied to the item purchased (e.g., a $100 eligible purchase using a $50 gift card will garner 5,000 entries. Your purchase transaction must be completed by 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 31, 2024 and must include your consent to be entered to be eligible to receive entries via a purchase, in this Sweepstakes. There is no limit on the number of entries that may be received with a purchase and entrant’s consent. During the Sweepstakes Period, entrant will also have the opportunity to opt-in to receive further email communications from the Sponsor. Entrants are not required to opt-in for this service in order to participate in this Sweepstakes and opting-in will not increase your chances of winning. If an Entrant chooses to opt-in, the Entrant thereby grants the Sponsor permission to send him/her future communications regarding services, incentives, offers, promotions, or other messaging related to the Sponsor’s services and products, from which Entrant can unsubscribe from at any time.

2) No Purchase Required - Free Mail-in Method of Entry: To receive five (100) entries without making any kind of purchase or payment, on a plain piece of 3”x 5” paper, hand print your complete first and last name, street address, city, state, zip code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), e-mail address plus daytime telephone number including area code. Your outer-mailing envelope must include a valid return address, which includes a complete first and last name. Bulk shipments (multiple entries in one shipping package) will not be accepted. Mail-in entry, including outer-mailing envelope must be handwritten. No mechanically reproduced entries or metered mail permitted. Entries that are postmarked by March 31, 2024 and received by April 8, 2024 will be eligible for the drawing. Each mail-in entry will count as one hundred (100) entries, provided that the mail-in entry complies with the above requirements. There is no limit on the number of mail-in entries that you may submit. Mail-in entries that are not in the format specified above, that are illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, or reproduced via photocopier or otherwise will be considered null and void. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, mutilated, misdirected, postage-due entries or entries not received by the deadline. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive one (1) Dark Grey/Green Pelican 14QT Personal Cooler with an Approximate Retail Value of $119.95, one (1) 1lb Pelican Ice Pack with an Approximate Retail Value of $19.75, & one (1) Pelican M50 Dry Box with an Approximate Retail Value of $39.95. The approximate total retail value of the entire prize is $179.65. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The prize is non transferable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Beam Distributing, Inc to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A purchase or payment of any kind will not increase your chances of winning and is not necessary to enter.
7. Winner selection and notification: The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor on April 9, 2024. The winner will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within one (1) business day following the winner selection. Beam Distributing, Inc shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winners' spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners' provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.

12. Disputes: THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF the United States of America AND Virginia, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Virginia having jurisdiction.
